Event Cancellation and Refund Policy
Anexas reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or change the location of an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force majeure events (such as floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.).
If Anexas cancels an event, a 100% refund will be issued to the delegate.
If a delegate cancels their enrollment within 48 hours of subscribing, a 7% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
If a delegate cancels their enrollment after 48 hours of subscribing, no refund will be issued.
User Obligations
Users must provide accurate and truthful information when registering or interacting with the website.
Users must respect intellectual property rights and not copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior authorization.
Limitation of Liability
Anexas will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses incurred due to the use or inability to use the website or its services.
