Working as a Six Sigma Black Belt with 6+ years of process reengineering and operational excellence related experience in Banking, healthcare, corporate and retail services. He is trained in Six Sigma at Anexas and has implemented Six Sigma and Lean in two different fields (Banking and Healthcare). By education he is a Bachelors in Industrial and Systems Engineering from KFUPM, and had completed Many training programs in Financial Analyses, Risk, Credit, Marketing, BSC, Scheduling, Planning and Development. Presently Adil is with Anexas as Six Sigma Black Belt, trainer in Arabic for Yellow & Green Belt.His last corporate assignment was as Manager in Customer Quality Division at SAMBA Financial Group. He was responsible for process mapping and reengineering.Before that Adil has worked as Planning and Development Specialist at King Fahad Medical City. He was part of the team getting CIA Accreditation and implementing BSC in Planning and Development. Also he worked in different Six Sigma projects within a team. Adil has worked as Senior Quality Assurance Officer in Riyad Bank. He was working as a Green Belt in more than 4 Six Sigma projects and has done and updated SLA’s for the Organization.As a Green Belt (Arabic) Trainer Adil has trained more than 100 Green Belts and Most of them had a great Opening Window to the Greatness of Six Sigma. Adil has also expertise in Balanced Score Card, BPM, Process re-engineering & Simulation.
